Our Gallery Policy

We charge $100 for missed or cancelled appointments without 48 hours notice including consultations.   You are welcome to leave a message as long as it is 48hours before your scheduled appointment time.  At Beauty Ink® we strive to give you the best & safest results possible! If you do a NO SHOW on us we will no longer take you as a client. It takes only 1 minute to pick up the phone to cancel and leave a message, please be courteous. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Please be aware of our policy when you book in at BeautyInk. As we reiterate on the phone and it states on our website we require 48 hours notice to change or cancel your booking or the cancellation fee of $100 will apply and this includes consultations. Yes Consultations are complimentary when you show up…but doing a no show leaves us to having to impose this policy. When you take time away from someone else for a booking it affects our time being able to see new clientele. So please be considerate thank you <3 Any client that doesn’t show up for a scheduled appointment, will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full, prior to their scheduled appointment. If at any time, you go to another technician after Beauty Ink® has done your original procedure we will no longer be able to perform any future touch ups on you.
Shauna is the only person at this time to do the procedures and it’s your responsibility to maintain current and future appointments. Two or more appointments may be necessary to achieve and complete your Beauty Ink® procedures. It is recommended to have your touch up appointment no less than 6 weeks after your original procedure.

We require a $100 non refundable deposit on procedure appointments….. and it will be put towards your final total.

We spare no expense on the quality of the work we do. We take our craft and “your face” very seriously! Expect to be here for 3 hours, if not less. We don’t rush as it is “your face” and we want every client to leave thrilled with their new look .

- Follow-up procedures are required within 6 months of the original service date. ( NO EXCEPTIONS) This is 3 months longer than most other companies provide. Failure to complete your package with the 6 month service period will result in your loss of payment with the remaining package price as we do not give refunds.. To complete any expired package will result in the general follow up fee of $300 per procedure. Permanent Cosmetics are not an exact science, but rather an art form.  Beauty Ink® is very different than traditional make-up or tattooing.  Multiple colours may be used, and techniques vary from person to person depending on the custom results desired.

- Every person heals differently and each side of the worked area may not be consistent this is normal.  We expect you have given these procedures serious thought and are aware of the possible risks. We will do our best to adjust the work so you are satisfied, providing you have purchased  the follow-up appointments necessary.  With all our permanent cosmetic procedures we recommend you purchasing the package. One visit is rarely enough as Beauty Ink® is created in layers.  Our minimum charge for patch testing is $125.

- As your Beauty Ink® will fade over time additional visits are ($300 per session) depending on your procedure after your 6 month period has expired.

We do not give refunds and we have the right to refuse service.
